Aquatic Blue House in Malibu’s Pacific Coast
It is become a perfect beach house I’ve ever seen. This building turned into a 2.900-square-foot along Malibu’s Pacific Coast Highway. Although built in 1976 this building has remodeled by Shubin + Donaldson Architects. The façade was very transparent with beautiful glass as the wall, the door and the windows united with the white sands.
There are sun-recliners that towards to ocean offer stunning sea-views. Even though this beach house has simple shape but it is completed by several important room. At the first floor you can find a living room, dining room, and powder room. While in the upper floor there’s a home office, a guest room and bath, the powder room, a media room, and a master suite with bathroom/walk-in closet, and closet office. You will surely like to lay on the sun-recliners in the balcony on the upper floor. Those are available with white curtain to create protection from UV rays and it’s available too with a telescope to enjoy the views.
